Mark’s school had a party for valentines day, and we signed up to bring cupcakes of course!
I made mini red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, topped with homemade chocolate hearts. I took about 15 to his school and another 4.5 dozen to work 
they were gone pretty fast!
They turned out amazing. But very time consuming!!
First make the cupcakes – and the recipe I use for Red Velvet made almost 6 dozen! That was a lot of scooping.
